I’m Addison Turbyfill — a personal trainer, strength coach, and One Ride Cycle instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (clinical concentration) from the University of North Alabama.

My passion for coaching started early as a former cheer athlete and cheerleading coach for kids and teens. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for helping others grow—not just physically, but in confidence, discipline, and mindset.

Over the past three years as a personal trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients ranging from ages 20 to 85. This has reinforced something I strongly believe—there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness.

Every body is different, and every person deserves a plan that reflects that.

Originally, I thought I wanted to go into nursing, but along the way I discovered a deeper passion—understanding how exercise is medicine. I saw a gap in the fitness space where so many people rely on trends, quick fixes, and unrealistic expectations.

That’s what led me to build my approach around science-backed, individualized training paired with real support and accountability.

I don’t believe in fad diets or gimmicks. I believe in using evidence-based methods, personalized programming, and hands-on coaching to create results that actually last.

But beyond my education and experience, my “why” is personal.

When I first started in the gym, I struggled with how I viewed my body. I worked out from a place of frustration and comparison. But everything changed when I shifted my mindset—when I started training because I valued my body, not because I was trying to fix it.

That shift didn’t just change how I looked—it changed how I lived.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I want my clients to learn how to use exercise as a form of medicine—to build strength, improve health, increase confidence, and create a longer, happier life.

Because true change doesn’t come from extremes.

It comes from consistency, support, and learning to show up for yourself—day after day.

Training is where strength and growth come together—and my goal is to help you build both in a way that lasts for life.
